Two slow-moving developments are threatening reservoir aquatic habitats globally: aging and climate change. These events projected to transform in various often unpredictable ways. Aging affects in-lake directly, whereas change both off-lake conditions. Climate is expected accelerate and, some instances, possibly decelerate aging. can be indexed as functional age, an index that signals the position of a along its lifespan relying on descriptors habitat. Using existing habitat datasets projections, we developed semi-quantitative predictions about effect age USA.
